– All photos will be handled with care, but we are not liable for damage during courier transit.
– Customers are advised to send loose photographs, not albums, for better scanning quality and efficiency.
– Courier charges (both ways) will be additional and borne by the customer.
– No refunds once scanning has begun.
– Digital copies will be shared via a secure online link.
– Originals will be returned after scanning is completed.
